  1. Lead Time

All custom orders are subject to a standard production lead time of 3-14 days from the date of final design approval and payment confirmation.

Rush orders may be accommodated at an additional fee, subject to capacity

  1. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery is available in some, not all locations within SA, please send us a Whats App 063 543 0878 confirming whether we do deliver in your area before completing the purchase online.

Orders are shipped via courier, and courier fees are calculated based on weight, size, and destination.

Estimated delivery time after dispatch is 3-14 business days, depending on location.

  1. Delivery Delays

While we strive to meet estimated delivery timelines, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, supply shortages, carrier issues).

We will notify you promptly of any delays.

  1. Inspection & Claims

Please inspect items upon delivery. Any damage or defects must be reported within 48 hours with supporting photos and videos.

Claims made after this period may not be honored.

  1. Pick-Up Option available.

Customers may opt to pick up items directly from our workshop or warehouse by appointment.

  1. Returns & Exchanges

Custom-made items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless defective or damaged upon arrival.

Warranty and Guarantee Clause

  1. Limited Warranty Coverage

We warrant that our wood patio furniture is free from defects in material and workmanship under normal residential use for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase.

  1. What Is Covered

This warranty covers:

Structural integrity of the wooden frame and

Defects in materials

  1. What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear, fading, or weathering of wood

Damage caused by misuse, improper care, accidents, or modifications

*Damage from environmental conditions (e.g., extreme weather, standing water, mold, or insect infestation)

*Commercial use or use outside residential settings

  1. Guarantee of Craftsmanship

We guarantee our furniture is handcrafted with high-quality materials and craftsmanship. If structural defects are found within the warranty period, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the item or part at no or minimal additional cost.

  1. Claim Process

To make a warranty claim, the purchaser must provide:

Proof of purchase

Photographs of the damage or defect

A written description of the issue
